4. SPORTS OUTDOOR
Our school contributes to the cognitive, social and emotional wellbeing of our students and improves their strength, agility and fitness. Witnessing the potential of our students, our big school ground has initiated various outdoor sports activities like Hockey, Football, Throw-ball, March past and Athletics. The school time – table includes regular games period for physical training under the guidance of our P.T. Master. The school has appointed special coaches for Hockey. The team mates are given a platform to display their skills at the MSSA and DSO matches held at the State Level. Thus, these matches pave the selection of the best players of the team at the National Level.

A spacious well planned & designed Computer Lab with 27 computers with internet facility are made available for our students to increase their knowledge in Computer Technology.
6. THE SCHOOL BAND
Our School Band symbolizes harmony, creating an ambience filled with gaiety, music and colour for our on-going school activities and functions. A band master is appointed to train these budding artists.

RULES OF DISCIPLINE
1. Every student must carry her school diary daily to school and parents should check and sign the remarks.
2. Students must come to school neatly and cleanly dressed in full school uniform daily. This rule applies even when they come to school for any purpose. Scribbling on uniform or its improper wear is punishable.
3. It is compulsory to wear the school ID card to school every day.
4. Entry without ID card (for students) will not be permitted.
5. Students must be present in school before the assembly bell at 7.15a.m. At the first bell all must line up silence for the assembly. Late-comers require permission to enter the class. Habitual latecomers will be sent home.
6. Students are expected to come to school wearing the prescribed uniform, or they are liable to be sent home at their own risk and cost. No ornaments except simple earrings are permitted. Nails must be short and clean. Watches with calculators or games, magazines, photographs, stickers, comics, fancy bangles and anklets are not allowed.
7. All the students should greet their teachers whenever they meet them. No students should use abusive / foul language against anyteacher or with other students.
8. Use of abusive language/ passing filthy/ vulgar comments or bullying will invite stern action immediately. Such matters should be reported in writing to the Discipline Committee.
9. All the students must be seated in their places before a teacher enters the class. During class hours, no student is allowed to leave the class without a valid ‘class-pass’. When changing from one class to another, the students must move in silence and in line.
10. English will be spoken at all times in the school premises. Besides the school authorities and the teachers, it is also the duty of house and class captains to implement this rule in the school. They must inform the discipline committee about a student who frequently and habitually breaks this rule. A fine of Rs. 20 will be charged for breaking the rule.
11. Care should be taken to keep the school building clean. Students should not write or scratch on desks, chairs, walls or doors of the school nor should they damage property belonging to others. Any
12. During recess no students should remain in the classroom. Students should not throw papers or food anywhere in the School premises. They should use the bins provided for this purpose.
13. The school is not responsible for lost articles. Students should not have valuable things with them, especially mobile phones, cameras etc. No obscene books, periodicals, DVD’s etc and other electronic gadgets should be brought to school. If found the same will be confiscated.
14. No visitors (Parents or others) are allowed to see the pupils or interview their teachers during class hours without the permission of the Principal. No pupil shall leave the school premises without the Principal’s permission.
15. Annually, there will be 3 open houses during which the parents are welcome to meet teachers and the Principal to discuss their children’s progress. Students should be in their full school uniform on their Open Day. Only both the parents of the students are allowed to see the papers. No tutors, brother or sisters etc. are allowed to see the papers.
16. In accordance with Rule 15 G.I.A.C. the parent is required to sign a declaration to abide by the school rules.
17. Answer booklets of the final examinations will not be shown to the parent or guardian of the pupil.
18. CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED TO APPLY MEHENDI OR NAIL POLISH EVEN IF REQUIRED FOR WEDDING & FESTIVALS. If found with mehendi, they will be sent home and told to remain at home until the mehendi fades away.
19. After school hours students are expected to go straight home. They are not allowed to go to their friends’ houses for parties etc. from the school. School authorities will not be responsible if any such incident occurs.
20. Sufficient care is taken for the security of the students, however, in case of natural, accidental mishap or third party negligence, the school will not be held responsible.
21. During activities and outings the school takes all necessary care and precautions. In spite of this, if any accident or mishap occurs, the school will not be held responsible for the same.
22. Students and parents should not offer any presents or gifts to teachers except with the explicit permission of the Principal.
23. Wearing of nose pins/ two or three sets of earrings/ special rings of any sorts, bangles/kada is not allowed.
24. Every student should strive to keep up the high standard of the school by excelling in studies, co-curricular activities, good conduct and maintaining a high moral character.
